
Refund and Returns Policy for Zavo Car Tech

At Zavo Car Tech, we are dedicated to providing top-quality products and services to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase or service, we want to make it right. Please read our detailed Refund and Returns Policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Unopened and unused items (including original packaging and tags).
- The item must be in its original condition without any signs of wear or damage.
- Items that are damaged, altered, or used will not be accepted for return unless defective.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (either physical or digital).
If the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
2. How to Return an Item
To begin the return process, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to us at info@zavocartech.net within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, product details, and reason for return in the email.
- Return Authorization: We will review your return request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and specific instructions on how to return the item.
- Packaging: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if applicable), ensuring it is properly protected to avoid damage during transit.
- Ship the Return: Send the item to the return address provided by us. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice, but we recommend using a trackable service. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our end.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return criteria. Upon approval, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note the following:
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process. The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to custom orders, gift cards, opened electronics, or services rendered. Please contact us if you’re unsure about your product’s eligibility.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or an error occurred with your order.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will take full responsibility and arrange for a free return and replacement. Please follow these steps:
- Notify Us Immediately: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to report any damages or discrepancies. Include photos of the damaged or incorrect item, along with your order number, and a brief description of the issue.
- Return Instructions: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item at no additional cost.
- Replacement or Refund: Once we receive the damaged or incorrect item, we will offer you either a replacement of the same product (subject to availability) or a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@zavocartech.net. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an item has been shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
7. Restocking Fees
In some cases, especially with large or custom orders, we may charge a restocking fee for returns. This will be clearly stated on your order confirmation page if applicable.
